When you order through the website you will be provided with an estimated date of delivery. If you are in need of your items before the dates shown, please contact our team to discuss your options.
Yes, you can easily repeat a previous order. Log in to your account and go to the Order History page. Any orders that are available to be repeated will have a 'reorder' button.
Re-orders assume that there is to be NO change to the artwork used and that products are available.
To get the best prices, start on our website where you'll find detailed pricing for each product starting from a single item. The more you need, the less you will pay per item. If you need a larger quantity than the options listed online, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

We also have a price match promise —if you find a lower price for the same product elsewhere, let us know and we'll match it. See the full Price Match Promise details.
There is no minimum order quantity.
Whether you wish to order 1 item or 10,000, we genuinely welcome working with you. When you order larger quantities of an item, the cost per item reduces due to economies of scale.
No, we do not customise customers' own garments at this time. We only offer customisation on our range of high-quality products to ensure the best results.

Note that customised items can only be returned if faulty.
If you need to cancel or change your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to guide you through your options. Orders which have entered production before you contact us will still be charged.
Yes, you can collect your order from our facility. To do this please add a note during checkout that you would like to collect. If your online order incurs a delivery charge, we will refund you, this will not include any express fees as these are associated with speedy manufacturing, not the next-day delivery fee.
Please do not try to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready for collection.

You can track your order status through the "Order History" feature on our website. Log in to your account and go to the Order History page. If the order is still being processed through our factory, you will see the status 'Processing In Progress'. Once an order status has changed to 'Shipped', you will also see a tracking link with our courier service.
DPD will also email you about your delivery details and the options available.
If your order has shipped, please check the tracking with DPD before contacting us.
We highly recommend getting the DPD app which allows you to track your package and make changes to your delivery at the press of a button.
If you need further assistance tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.
We will send you an artwork proof for any NEW designs – we will not commence production until these are approved by you.
If you are re-using an existing approved design, you will not receive a proof request.
Depending on the product and customisation choices you make, we have several different lead times. At checkout, we will show you an estimated delivery date. Customised orders have a choice of an Economy service or a speedier Express service.
If your order is more urgent than the dates provided at checkout, please contact us directly.

You may wish to view samples of garments in order to find the right size or assess the quality of the material. This is especially useful as you are not able to return customised garments if they are the wrong size (see full Terms and Conditions)
To obtain samples you will need to place an order for the plain garments you wish to view. We are not able to supply free samples for online orders.
You can then either keep the garments or return them to us for a refund within 14 days.
We reserve the right not to accept samples returned without either an invoice or order reference. A refund will not be issued if the garments are returned tarnished or not in their original packaging.
For all new designs, we will provide an artwork proof for your approval, this arrives sometime after you have placed your order.
By default, we do not provide mockups of the final product with your designs, creating mockups is a time-consuming process and the cost is not included in our standard services. Rest assured, our team is committed to ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in every order.
If you choose to request a mockup, the service may incur an additional cost.
For most garments, you can add up to 3 separate customisations using the website. If you need 4 or more customisations please contact the office and the team will be happy to assist you.
